Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service

Marketing & Analytics Partners

Your Privacy Rights
If you wish to unsubscribe from our emails, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us.

How do we use your location data?
Order Coordination and Matching: We identify your location to suggest available orders within your coverage area (Opportunity Radar).
Active Delivery Tracking (Trips): When you are on an active trip, we record your route in real-time to ensure the end customer can view delivery progress and estimate the arrival time.
Checkpoint Verification: We validate your geographic coordinates at the time of pickup and delivery to guarantee service authenticity and protect your delivery partner account.
When is this information collected?
Location data collection begins only when you decide to go online ("Connect" or swipe to activate availability) and continues in the background while you remain active on the platform.
Who do we share this information with?
Your real-time location data is shared exclusively with:
- The Seimdei administrative platform for service logistics management.
- The customer/recipient associated with the order currently assigned to you.
- Under no circumstances do we sell, rent, or share your location data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes unrelated to the Seimdei delivery service.
User Control and Revocation
You can stop location data collection at any time by changing your status to "Offline" or turning off your availability within the app, or by revoking location permissions through your operating system settings.
Note: If you revoke location permissions or disable background location, you will not be able to receive delivery offers or correctly track active trips.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
